1 DAY OLPAJETA CONSERVANCY AND NGARE NDARE FOREST FROM NAIROBI


This is a day trip to Ol Pejeta Conservancy and Ngare Ndare Forest. Depart from Nairobi early in the morning for Ol Pejeta. We will have a stop at the Equator.  The Ol Pejeta Conservancy in Kenya has over 10000 large mammals and it is the only park where the big 5 and chimpanzees can be seen in the chimpanzee sanctuary. Our guides will ensure you have a comprehensive game viewing drive . Visit the Chimpanzees and get to feed Baraka the Blind Rhino. Your will have your lunch in one of the lodges located right in the conservancy day.

After the game drives we will drive to Ngare Ndare Forrest. The famous waterfalls. The forest is home to 7 waterfalls. We will then go for the canopy walk  It is 10 meters high and 450 meters long, being the longest and highest canopy walk in East Africa. We will also be able to swim in the natural pool at Ngare Ndare Forrest. After we have explored as much as we can we will then head back to Nairobi.
At: Ngare Ndare Forest Reserve, On getting to the forest, an armed ranger and a guide will be assigned to you. After a short briefing about the forest and Ngare Ndare Forest Trust, we will set out on a 7km hike to the famous waterfalls. The forest is home to 7 waterfalls. The grandeur of the waterfalls will leave you speechless. We will continue with our hike to a much smaller waterfall but the beauty of this one is that swimmers can dive into the pool. We will then go for the the canopy walk. It is 10 meters high and 450 meters long, being the longest and highest canopy walk in East Africa. This is peoples favorite part of the trip and the wobbly bridge makes it all the more exciting. The forest is vast and you might just spot an elephant or a leopard.

HALF DAY MOMBASA MARINE PARK TOUR

  PROGRAMME You will be picked from your hotel at around 7.30 am and drive to Mombasa Marine park. Visit the Mombasa Marine National Park for an unforgettable safe ocean adventure. (Gazetted in 1986, the park has a protected area of 210 sq. km) Sunbathe on the pristine beaches, enjoy scuba diving and snorkeling. View sea cucumbers, jellyfish, crabs and various varieties of coral species. An assortment of seabirds in huge nesting colonies will catch your eye. Experience the great view in a glass-bottomed boat. You will have a chance to go snorkeling over the reef. You will be dropped back to your hotel in the after-noon .  

2 DAYS TSAVO EAST

Day 1: Mombasa - Tsavo East You will be picked from your Hotel at 6.30am in the morning, drive along Mombasa – Nairobi highway. After 2 hrs stop over for a cup of coffee. Proceed and arrive at Bachuma gate where you will  begin your game drive as you slowly and surely drive towards the direction of your accommodation looking for any resident wildlife that call Tsavo East home. At a size of 22,000Km2, Tsavo is one of the world's largest wildlife sanctuaries and is most noted for its dust covered red elephant herds, its maneless lions and a variety of other wild animals including leopards, cheetah, giraffe, buffalo and other plains game. On arrival at Voi Wildlife Lodge, you will be assisted with check in and enjoy lunch followed by some relaxation. In the afternoon at about 15:00 hrs, continue with another series of game  drive and game viewing in search of more animals and birds, concentrating on maximizing your photo opportunities of any wildlife we may spot.
